VW 1500 S Karmann Ghia Coupe, type 343 (a.k.a. Grosse Karman or The Razor)
Manufactured: 11th February 1964
Chassis: 0342290, body number: it is the 3669th t34’s built in 1964 model year as per the front nose section body stamping
Engine: 0448785 (to match body with chassis, the only double check was again t34 registry, analysis revealed that the closest body/chassis numbers were: #0 342 083 has 3656, to summarize, with Type 34 low production volumes, the car seems to be MATCHING NUMBERS!!!.
Colour: L 360 Sea Blue / Roof L 289 Blue White / up-holstery material Coelin (Cerulean) Blue.

I put it for sale as I focus on busses for now, as more usable with family and kids. If not sold, will remain in hibernation as a retirement project. I bought the car 15 years ago, kept in storage in dry place since then. To collect stuff required for a full resto, the car itself was complete thou, I spent enormous time and effort with help of the best in class T34 gurus and friends all over the place. Today for sale it is a complete, unmolested, matching numbers, mostly original paint car. Car has rust, not running, project, custome cleared Poland EU, papers in hand. Selling as a complete set with spare parts, literature etc as a ready-to-start project car, not butchered, unmolested, in one piece (engin out and fully rebuilt). I am not selling in pieces. – fully rebuilt stock 1500 S engine using NOS Kolbenschmidt proper era set parts, rebuilt by the best in class experts, the cost of rebuilt itself including NOS parts is EUR 5k +, engine will be ready (i.e. tested and with first working hours supervised by the resto team) mid July
– all metal parts for a body resto, front nose in great condition,
– new proper Funky Green Panels Europe floor panels,
– Cerulean blue cloth material for upholstery replacement, vinyl part original remains in place,
– correct ice blue headliner new complete set including dotted and solid vinyl part,
– extra set of door panels correct cerulean blue 1964 only (the only missing part in this car is one door aluminium trim),
